Teacraftz Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Teacraftz, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with our products and services. If you have any issues with your purchase, please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for any reason before the product is shipped. Please contact us at info@teacraftz.com or through your account dashboard to initiate the cancellation.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy (see below).
2. Return & Refund Policy
At Teacraftz, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Perishable items (such as loose-leaf tea or tea bags) are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations unless the product is defective or damaged.
2.2 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service at info@teacraftz.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Perishable products (teas or food items) unless defective.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items purchased on sale or through special offers are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed:
- Refund Method: The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us immediately at info@teacraftz.com with photos and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you may return the original item (if eligible for return) and place a new order for the desired item.
